Conyers Pediatrics strongly believes in the safety and efficacy of vaccines. Our offices follow the CDC and ACIP guidelines for childhood vaccinations.

Vaccine Information Sheets (VIS) are produced by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and outline the benefits and risks of all vaccines. Federal law requires we make this information available to the parents of our patients.
